인권경영 헌장
우리는 ‘함안의 미래와 군민의 행복을 그린 공기업’으로서 지역개발과 공공시설물의 효율적 관리, 군민 복리증진에 기여하며 사람을 중심에 둔 인권경영을 지향한다. 우리는 경영 활동 전반에서 임직원, 고객, 협력업체, 군민과 지역사회를 포함한 모든 이해관계자의 인간으로서의 존엄과 가치를 존중하며, 이를 최우선 가치로 삼는 인권경영을 실천한다. 이에 인권침해 예방과 인권 증진을 위해 다음과 같이 실천을 다짐한다.

우리는 UN 세계인권선언, 국제노동(ILO) 협약을 비롯한 국내외 인권 기준과 규범을 지지하고 준수한다.
- 하나우리는 다양성을 존중하며, 인종, 종교, 성별, 장애, 사회적 신분, 학력, 나이, 신체적 조건, 출신 지역, 정치적 견해 등을 이유로 한 모든 형태의 차별을 금지하고, 사회적 약자와 소수자의 권리를 보호한다.
- 하나우리는 결사 및 단체교섭의 자유와 권리를 보장하며, 고용 안정 및 양질의 일자리 창출을 위해 노력한다.
- 하나우리는 모든 임직원의 인권을 보호하며, 성차별적 제도와 관행을 개선하고, 여성 근로자의 모성 보호와 일·가정 양립을 위해 노력한다.
- 하나우리는 아동노동 및 강제노동을 금지하며, 보건, 안전, 근무 시간 등과 관련한 국가 비준 노동원칙을 성실히 준수한다.
- 하나우리는 산업안전보건 방침을 수립하고, 안전하고 건강한 근무 환경을 조성하여 모든 임직원의 안전과 건강을 보호한다.
- 하나우리는 인권 친화적 기업문화가 정착될 수 있도록 직장 내 성희롱, 괴롭힘, 갑질 등 각종 인권침해를 적극적으로 예방하고 대응한다.
- 하나우리는 협력업체와의 상생을 추구하며, 투명하고 공정한 거래를 실천하고, 인권경영 확산을 위해 적극적으로 지원하고 협력한다.
- 하나우리는 함안군민의 행복 실현을 위해 생명권, 안전권 및 재산권을 존중하고 보호한다.
- 하나우리는 환경 관련 국내외 법령을 준수하고, 환경 보호와 자원의 지속가능한 활용을 위해 노력한다.
- 하나우리는 우리가 제공하는 지원과 정보가 모든 사람에게 차별 없이 공정하고 평등하게 제공될 수 있도록 하며, 업무상 수집한 개인정보를 보호한다.
- 하나우리는 업무과정에 있어 발생하는 인권침해에 대해 신속하고 적절한 구제조치를 제공하며, 사전 예방을 위해서 적극 노력한다.

Human Rights Management Charter
As a public corporation envisioning the future of Haman and the happiness of its residents, we contribute to regional development and the efficient management of public facilities, as well as the promotion of residents’ welfare, while pursuing human rights–centered management. Throughout all management activities, we respect the dignity and value of all stakeholders—including employees, customers, business partners, local residents, and the broader community—and practice human rights management that places this respect as our highest priority. Accordingly, we pledge the following to prevent human rights violations and to promote human rights:

We support and comply with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Labour Organization (ILO) Conventions, and other domestic and international standards and norms on human rights.
- 2.Respect diversity and prohibit all forms of discrimination, while safeguarding the rights of minorities and the socially vulnerable.
- 3.Guarantee the freedom of association and collective bargaining, and strive for job security and quality employment.
- 4.Protect the rights of employees, eliminate discriminatory practices, and support maternity protection and work–life balance.
- 5.Strictly prohibit child labor and forced labor, and comply with labor principles on health, safety, and working hours.
- 6.Implement occupational safety and health policies to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.
- 7.Build a culture of respect by preventing and addressing sexual harassment, workplace bullying, abuse of authority, and other human rights violations.
- 8.Pursue mutual growth with business partners through transparent and fair practices, and support the spread of human rights management.
- 9.Respect and protect the rights to life, safety, and property of Haman residents.
- 10.Comply with environmental laws and work for environmental protection and sustainable resource use.
- 11.Provide fair and equal access to information and services for all, while protecting personal data.
- 12.Offer prompt and appropriate remedies for any human rights violations and take proactive measures to prevent them.
